About the Summer School

The school and its activities will take place in Abruzzo, a beautiful region in the central part of Italy

Our four-week course will take place from July 8th to August 4th, 2018. (application deadline, April 31st)

Our students will have the chance of working on three of the most important archaeological sites of this area: Santo Stefano (Neolithic period), Rio Tana (Lecce nei Marsi) and Alba Fucens site (Roman period). The aim of our summer program is to provide them with in-depth knowledge of techniques and methodologies of modern archaeological research.

Our program will provide any student with 10 ECTS (European Academic System)*and is open to undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students.
